Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Freeze of bank account

In the State of Texas, can creditors, their attorney, or collection agency put a freeze on my bank account? I got a judgement against me (by the court) in the amount of more than $10K. I do have a debt settlement company trying to work this out, but the creditor rejected the offer, they want the full amount which I don't have. What is my chance of getting my account frozen, if they are allowed to do it?

Re: Freeze of bank account

The creditor can get to your bank account if they can find it. You can be required to tell them where it is.
