Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Freezing back accounts opened outside TX

I understand in Texas they can freeze bank accounts if you are sued. I have an checking account with washington mutual that was opened in California. Can they freeze this account, even if it was opened out of state?

If your branch account is currently handled in Texas, then it is reachable.
