Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

friend paying on a debt

I have a friend that I let charge items periodically on my store chargecard. All charges on this card are theirs. There was a verbal agreement to pay everything by the time the deferred interest time frame is up. They have not done this. They have made payments every month. Is there anything that I can do?

yes..sue them in JP court but can they pay??take them off the credit card NOW>>>as you will be liable
