Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

garnish

I live in Texas and I have reieved a Writ of continuing garnishment from Colorado and I am already getting garnished for child support. What can happen there? Can they garnish my pay or do they have to wait until the child support garnishment is over?

Re: garnish

uh-oh! You better see if you can prove to them that your wages are already being garnished for the same child support arrears by a Texas Order. Or they will try to garnish your wages again for the same amount.
