Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Garnish wages

I owe for--name removed--truck loan that was defaulted in 2002. I have--name removed--collection agency calling me threatening me they will garnish my wages but this is only the first time I have talked with them. Can they garnish my wages??

No..and threats like that should be tape recorded..or witnessed..as it violates fair debt collection in Texas
