Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Garnishment of Secured Credit Card Account

I have an judgment against me for several thousand dollars. Can the judgement credit garnish the money I have in a secured credit card account to pay some of this debt? Or could they take the available credit in this secured account if they can't get the money?

If they can find out about it and there is money it, you can be ordered to turnover the money; and if there is credit that can be converted to cash they can get that also.
