Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

How can I handle payday loan payments? I have been paying for a long time, but I cannot give my entire check to these places anymore. Will I be in trouble if they turn in the checks and the checks do not pay?

The checks on pay day loans are extensions of credit. They are not what is typically known as a hot check.
