Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I am being harrassed by a debt collector. they keep calling other numbers that i have put a stop call order on. they keep telling they will take my auto and i have been informed that they cannot go into my property without a court order signed by a judge. is this true or can they still go onto my property without the court order?

if the car is financed, the collector can take the car on your property but not if the debt was not for the car
