some one signed a loan in my name what do i do where do i go who do i ask for help

go to the lender..put it in writing that you did not sign for the loan..go to the borrower..in writing...you did not have authoritiy to get a loan using my name....send copies of both letteers to each...to the borrower..it is a FELONY..to steal ..
