Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

High Credit Card debt

I have an elderly parent living with me, does not pay anything towards our housing expenses. What happens when she passes away and owes over $30k in CC debit ? I am not on these cards...am I liable ?

No unless you agree to be liable...and do NOT pay anything on those cards..
