Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
I had hired an attorney while getting my divorce. My ex drug things out where I could no longer afford attorney. I have an outstanding balance of 3200 with attorney. Can texas garnish my wages for this??

no...and unless the attorney gets a judgment against you, the attorney cannot collect..but depends upon your ability and willingness to pay what is earned..could u negotiate? that is best in such circumstances
