Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I came home one day and a sticker was on my door from LMI Custom Carriers with a tracking number and they have an X in a box that states C.O.D. amount due $0.00. Also, they came and banged on my door but I did not open the door because I do not know what this is all about. I have not ordered anything. I went to the internet an looked up this company and someone post that this is a company that pretends to be a mail carrier like UPS but instead this is a company that want you to sign papers of a judement probably because of a credit card. What shall I do.

It is probably a service of process because you are being sued by a credit card company. If you refuse service eventually, a judge will grant permission just to leave the papers. Eventually, a judgment will be entered.
