I am currently away from home for work I will be gone for 3-4 more months. My son contacted me to let me know someone Midland Funding LLC was trying to serve me..can they actually go to court without serving me? would hate not to have the oppertunity to defend myself...they left no contact info and I have had no correnspondance with these people.
