Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

hot check

One of my employees took a check with no phone # or DOB, we do have a DL #, but have no way to get information on it, all I need is a phone # or address, what can we do?

Try contacting the DPS -- there should be a form you can complete that will allow disclosure of address information.
