Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Hot checks

I know i have an outstanding about to be paid on hot checks. I have made arrangements pay and I never finished paying it. San i continue paying without being put in jail, I have 4 kids to feed and cannot afford to loose my job.

Be sure you have written approval to pay and if you miss a payment..contact the person...Did yu arrange with DA, or who to make payments??call a local criminal lawyer..or go to legal aid for help..don;'t just wait..
