Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

howdy, i sold a piece of equipment to a fella and we both signed a bill of sale and payment agreement. against my better judgment i agreed to get half the payment now and half in 30 days. it has been over 8 months and i have not recieved the other half of the payment. i have approched the buyed and he has reloacated the equipent several hundred miles away and apparently it is tied up in a sale of his company. all i want is my money. what can i do?
