My husband had a default judgement filed against him for a credit card debt in Texas . I need to find out what happens next, can they take money from his bank accounts or his personal property ?

If u had only asked before the default..many times a written answer leads to dismissal. Even now, it may be won..but will cost....and if they know where he banks, they could garnish..so use an account not known to them...and they can only attach nonexempt personal property which most people to not own..google the question?texas exempt personal property
