Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

My husband passed away a few months ago. The hospital bills total over 80,000.00. We did not have medical insurance or life insurance. I cannot afford to pays these bills, he was the sole provider for our family. Can I loose my home for non-payment?

No. Homestead is exempt.
