Can I include my Texas toll road charges in chapter 7 bankruptcy ? Current bills due and others that have been sent to a collection agency ?

Go ahead and list everything in your bankruptcy schedules (you are required to do so). The toll charges aren't dischargeable. As for "current bills," I'd need more information - current electricity bill? Gas bill? What kind of bill?

Sending a debt to a collection agency has no effect on its dischargeability in bankruptcy.
