Jail Time

If a summons to a hearing regarding payment on a second loan is ignored will you get jail time?

Who sent the "summons"???you cannot go to jail for a debt...but if you disregard a Court Order..you "may" be in contempt..If a creditor is "summons" to you..the creditor may be in real trouble...call a local lawyer or us..
