Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Judgement and bank account that is not really mine

I have a judgement against me from a credit card company. I was recently elected secretary of a cemetery association and am scheduled to be put in charge of handling the cemeteries funds and cd's. Could this company garnish funds from the cemetery's account if my name is put on it?

If the account is in your name, then yes. If it is the name of the cemetery association, and you are only listed as an authorized signer, then it should be fine.
