Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
judgement collection
we live in TX, sold a house in Louisiana. Long story short, the guy got an arbitration judgement award, filed w/judicial court & got a judgement. How co-operative is TX in out of state judgement collection? I know they are one of the more debtor friendly states

Re: judgement collection
This is a complicated question..Texas enforces judgments...so see a competent lawyer now..and if you have one, talk to him...
