Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

judgement

a compant has a judgement against us and they are harrasing my inlaws. they call them and send them letters and wwe have recieved nothing from them since we got the judgement. i am trying to settle withthem but they are trying to get my inlaws to pay it all with threats of us going to jail and losing our home. can we stop ths harrament

call a lawyer..as this is unfair debt collection..and you could win more than owed. IF you have proof
