Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
Judgement on a credit card and home ownership
I may be facing a judgement on an unpaid credit card accoutn. I am trying to work an arrangement out, but the layers seem unwilling to accept what I can pay. Is there any potential with a judgement that I could lose my home? Can a lien be attached to my home? It is a hoimestead in Texas.

Get your home listed as homestead..but even if not listed, no they cannot take homestead..but do no consent to judgment..
