Is A Judgement Due Immediately?

When a judgement is obtained, is it automatically considered immediately due and payable? The reason I'm wondering is six weeks after the judgment was obtained, no request for payment has been forthcoming.

yes,,due and payable but creditor has to proceed to collect..talk to a lawyer to protect yourself
