Judgement

Husband has a judgement for 15,000 filed by unifund in tx. We are trying to buy house, judgement is preventing that. Can we still deal with unifund or do we need to deal with the courts.

You could deal with unifund...and you should be able to buy a house and not pay unifund. Give me more info if you want help..
