A judgement was issued against me by a credit card company for $10,800. What can I do?

Chapter 7 bankruptcy would eliminate the debt, if you qualify.
But for right now: If you can't afford to pay the debt, don't pay it. I'd change banks every six months, though, since a creditor with a judgment can garnish a bank account.
