judgement

we got a letter from alaw firm telling us if we dont answer this form they will subpoena my husband for a list of of our assets we dont have any except our home should we tell this informatoin they want to know where we bank also what kind of car we own we are still paying on.the bill was only 300 now they want 1000 they are asking for apayment plan that fine with us. i can only afford 25 amonth my husband is sick idont know what to do.

Do they have a judgment? if so, you need to answer..and they may garnish your bank account unless

you move it..or ...but do not rush ..it may work out if you call and tell them your situation
