judgement owed
we owe a judgement and the guy refuses to take the money and we are trying to get a home loan, what can we do to get our judgement released?

See Mr. Grissom's answer, and make sure that all costs associated with the judgment are accounted for. That is principal, interest, court costs and fees that may have been awarded.

File a motion to pay the money into the registry of the court and obtain an order of the court for satisfaction of judgment.
