Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I had a judgement placed on me because of past due student loans. I was wondering what can they take with the judgement if I cant afford the payments they are offering. Also can they renew the judgement and how many time can they renew it. I was also wondering how I would go about applying for a hardship.

they can renew the judgment as often as they want..once every ten years...talk to a local lawyer or negotiate a settlement..and be sure it says paid in full..
