Yes, they may garnish your bank account.

Yes, they can seize your bank accounts up to the limits of the judgment plus whatever additional charges have been incurred. In a garnishment action, your account also pays the bank's attorney fees. If a receiver's turnover order, your account would also pay the receiver's fee.
