Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Someone got a judgement against us, even though we were never served papers of a court hearing, and is harrassing us for payment. We live in the State of Texas and I asked him not to contact me anymore at work - it will jeopardize my job. Is he still able to call me and send e-mails to my work?
