if you have a judgement in texas can you buy a car?

I assume that you're talking about you having a judgment against you.

And I assume also that you're talking about buying a car on credit.

The answer is yes, if a lender is willing to finance the purchase of your car. Having a civil judgment against you has nothing to do with people extending credit to you.
