Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Judgement in Texas

I have a debt that is approx. 25 years old that went to judgement. I didn't hear anything for 18 years and them a Collection Co. in California renewed the Judgement in California, the debt was in Texas. Now they are trying to levy my IRA account. Can they file this in California and after this time can they actually levy my assets.

you need a good lawyer asap...TRY Darrell Cook in Dallas....he represents both creditors and debtors..tell him I referred you but I do not expect a fee..
