Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

I have a judgement against me and I am unsure what it is for. I have recently gotten a letter from an attorney asking 10 questions about my financial situation, bank account information, employment information, spouce information. I am hesitant in answering but it states on the letter that if I don't I could be held in contempt of court and assume fees and possible jail time. Please help I don't know what to do, do I fill thisout and if I do what can they do to me? Can they send me to jail, can they garnish my wadges or income tax?

the papers are interrogatories to collect judgment and will have the name of the court and case on it..you have 30 days to answer..but contact a lawyer..or call legal aid. most lawyers will not charge much, if anything, to review paper and tell you how to find our what the judgment is for....But the could garnish bank account after you answer if it is in your name..they cannot garnish wages...
