Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Judgements and Bank Accounts

I am going to court tomorrow and am sure to lose a judgement from a credit card company.

Can they take money from my bank account? Can they take my social security? The only money I have in the bank is the direct deposits from social security. Mine and my wifes.

they may try to garnish the account in you and your wife's name..but should not be permitted..talk to your bank and seek to protect yourselves..
