Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Judgements

I have 2 jugdements against me in the state of texas, one has ask for all my financial information the other just filed what can i do. I dont have any extra money to pay any of this. These are from credit cards from at least 5 years ago.

These questions are probably in the form of discovery in aid of the judgment. If so, then you have to answer them truthfully. They are looking for assets to attach. If you have no nonexempt assets then there is nothing they can do. If you do, then they will probably come looking for them. (If you have assets to protect, see a lawyer). If these are not judgments, but lawsuits filed against you, you might also want to talk with a lawyer to determine if they have waited too long to sue you.
