Judgements ?

Recieved judgement against me in court to pay creditor plus court fees. Have no job or steady income and can not pay, what can or will happen now?

The judgment creditor will do what they can to collect. If the constable contacts you about the judgment, he's trying to see if there's anything he can seize and sell to satisfy all or part of the judgment. You can't be jailed for debt. If you get papers called Interrogatories, you have to answer them as best you can.

If you don't answer them, and the creditor has to get an order compelling answer plus payment of attorney fees, you have to pay those fees or run the risk of being held in contempt. For contempt they can hold you in jail.
