Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Judgment

Can a creditor seize a checking account on a judgment that was placed approx 5 years ago? The judgement was placed in Virginia but we live in Texas. I have an attorneys office that is threating to freeze and seize my checking account. Also can intrest be added to the amount of the judgment?
