Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas
How do I get a judgment dismissed or vacated? Which way is better for your credit? Are there standard forms and if so where can I find them?

A judgment becomes final after 30 days and cannot thereafter be "dismissed" or "vacated." Under some very special circumstances, you might have a right to an equitable bill of review, but you'll need to bring at least $3000 to your lawyer.
