I have a judgment against my ex-husband for lump sum alimony(recorded Aug. 2, 1988). His last known address was in Texas. However, his mother lives in FL. When she dies, is it possible to obtain the judgment money from my ex-hushand's inheritance before he gets it?

You better check to see if your judgment has expired. In TX, a judgment is only good for 10 years unless renewed.
