Judgment follow up

I share my bank account with my son. It is titled my name or his. There is now a judgment on me alone. Is my shared account subject to garnishment for this judgment?? How can I protect my wages if I use a bank account?

If your name is on it, it's reachable.

Once you deposit your paycheck it really isn't 'current wages'. You may have to shift banks, or go on a cash economy for a while.
