Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Judgment

I have at least one maybe two judgments. I am on Social Security Disability with a lump sum retirement check on the way. What can they take from me in property and cash in bank.

If they know where you bank, they can garnish the account. It is best to have an account with someone else, and require two signatures..or yours alone...then they could nto garnish...be careful
