Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Judgment

I live in Texas. Leasecomm Corp. got a judgment against me in Mass on 11/99. I got it removed from my credit as outdated. Now I find out Equifax is reporting another judgment (different case #) filed in TX on on 2/2002 for the SAME debt. Equifax will not remove the second one. What can I do since the debt is well over the 7 year period?

judgments remain for 10 years and can be renewed ever 10 years...but did you have a valid defense to the lawsuit?..did you receive service...and it sounds like..you have waited too long to dispute the judgment in Court..
