judgment on property
a credit card company placed a judgment on my home property.
Is this legal and how long will that stay on my property.?

The credit card company did not place a judgment on your property. They obtained a judgment and recorded it in the real property records. In Texas, a credit card judgment cannot operate as a lien on your homestead.
