Judgment

I received a judment against me on a loan that i did not sign with my husband, both names where on the contract, no signatures on contact.

If you already have a judgment against you, it's too late to say you have a defense (such as I did not sign it). You have very few alternatives to overturn the judgment. If this is important to you, I strongly suggest that you get a lawyer otherwise get ready for the effects of a judgment and you might wind up paying the judgment plus interest plus attorneys fees plus court costs, etc. etc. Good Luck.
