Judgment against me
I received a notice from a court today that I have been sued and a default judgment was obtained against me. I have never been served, sent a certified letter or notified in any manner. What can I do now??

Without service, the judgment is ineffective. Try to find out how you were allegedly served. Might have been by alternative service by leaving it at the front door and the wind blew it away. Lack of service is a basis for new trial, but you have to allege that lack timely.
