Justice Civil Court Citation

I am being sued by Target National Bank, FKA, Retailers National Bank

for unpaid credit card. I live in Texas, I do own my home but am without a job. Not sure what to do, I do not have money to hire a lawer. They wanted me to borrow money aganst my home, but then I would not be able to pay back the loan and would lose my home. It's not much but all I have.

Please tell me what steps to take.

Write and let them know that you are without a job and will not borrow money against your home. When you get work, you'll start paying them as best you can, but right now you're judgment-proof.
