Large purchase immediately prior to bankruptcy

Company A ordered products from company B on Friday and told company B that it needed express delivery before Monday. Company B sent the products to Company A and the products were delivered on Saturday. On Monday morning Company A filed for bankruptcy. Is there any way Company B can attempt to collect its money without going through the bankruptcy? Can Company B get its products back? Isn't this a form of bankruptcy fraud?

When the co. took protection in bankruptcy, all claims must be made through the bankruptcy. It sounds like fraud to me and your claim may have a priority. If you want my assistance in this matter, contact me via e-mail.

Contact a lawyer that specializes in creditor's rights in commercial bankruptcy as quickly as possible. Everything has to go through the bankruptcy court, and the sooner you move on the debtor the better off you'll be.
