Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Texas

Lawyer calling me at work

I have a lawyer calling my work about a credit card debt. I have sent him a certified letter asking him to stop. He is now sending letters to my work, asking for things like my job title , wages ect. Is this legal??

Sure, he can ask. But you are certainly not required to respond or give him any of that information.
